Transparent Pricing for Support at Home Services

We believe aged care pricing should be straightforward and easy to understand. Our fees are designed to provide high-quality care and support while ensuring you receive maximum value from your Support at Home funding.

Whether you need help around the home, personal care, nursing support, or allied health services, we'll work with you to create a care plan that meets your needs and budget.

How Support at Home Pricing Works

The Support at Home program gives you more flexibility in how you use your funding for care and support services. Your funding is provided every three months (quarterly), making it easier to manage and keep track of your budget.

If you do not spend all of your budget during the three-month period, you can keep some of the unused money for the next quarter. You can carry forward up to $1,000 or 10% of your quarterly budget—whichever amount is higher. This gives you some extra flexibility if your care needs change, while helping to make sure funding is used regularly for your support.

How Much You May Need to Contribute Under the Support at Home Program

The amount you contribute depends on your financial circumstances and the type of support you receive. You only contribute towards non-clinical services, such as help around the home and support with everyday activities. Clinical care services are fully funded by the government.

Lifetime Contribution Cap

To help protect you from high costs, there is a lifetime cap of $130,000 on contributions for Support at Home services and residential aged care combined.

Once you reach this cap, you will not need to make any further contributions towards your care.

Financial Hardship Assistance

If paying your contribution would cause financial hardship, you can apply for assistance. This helps ensure you continue receiving the care and support you need without interruption.
